Nyaako Cattery is a small cattery located in Greensboro, NC. It is run by Miranda Pahl, whose goal is to focus in emergency animal medicine as well as supply premium care for all of her own animals for the rest of their lives.

Nyaako was merely an idea a few years ago, and Miranda's dream of breeding her own beautiful golden persians was hardly coming to fruitition! But with the support of a number of fantastic friends, her program has blossomed to a height she never thought she would reach. While still in its infancy, Nyaako Cattery is working hard to become one of the greats, in both show reputation as well as breeding reputation for pet and show buyers alike!

Our main focus is golden persians, with a hope to someday breed blue goldens to blue goldens! We also have a budding himalayan program and with the help of Deborah Lapeyrouse of Lapeyrouse Cattery, we hope to see new heights with some fantastic himalayan cats as well!

Oh, and in case you were wondering? 'Nyaako' is Japanese for 'little meow.' Miranda is in love with Japanese culture, so it seemed fitting! You will see a number of cat names inspired by Japan as well.
